Trump Santa Making A List Checking It Twice Gonna Find Out Who Gets Deported By ICE Shirt is a political meme and slogan that parodies the classic Christmas song “Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town” to celebrate Donald Trump’s mass deportation plans.
Trump Santa Making A List Checking It Twice Gonna Find Out Who Gets Deported By ICE Shirt Meaning
The shirt combines Christmas humor with political satire by reworking the lyrics of the classic holiday song “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.” Instead of checking who has been naughty or nice, Santa is portrayed as making a list to decide who will be deported by ICE, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.
The design references Donald Trump’s immigration policies and the role of ICE in enforcing immigration laws. By depicting Trump as Santa, it satirizes or celebrates his hard-line immigration and deportation agenda; the tone depends on the individual’s politics. The phrase also appeared in a Trump Jr. holiday meme.
All in all, this shirt presents a provocative political message through a familiar Christmas theme. It may appeal to people who enjoy political satire or want to express criticism of Trump’s immigration agenda, especially during the holiday season.
