Greg Cote is a longtime sports columnist for the Miami Herald and regular on The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz. In 2024–2025, Cote wrote and talked about how, despite Connor McDavid’s incredible stats and status, he is not yet a true all-time great because he hasn’t led his team to a Stanley Cup — and thus, in his view, is “overrated.”
