What Do You Know About Cthulhu?
Cthulhu – the monster in the imagination of H.P. Lovecraft – is one of the most famous authors of the literary fiction line. However, after much evidence found by researchers, Cthulhu is a real monster and is said to be part of a mysterious chain involving extraterrestrial beings whose powers and abilities are beyond human understanding.
Although Cthulhu is only one of the creatures born from the imagination and drawn by Lovecraft’s pen, the author also maintains a relative degree of belief in Cthulhu’s existence.
The name Cthulhu first appeared in the short story The Call of Cthulhu written by writer H.P. Lovecraft in 1926, although none of the characters in the story have been confirmed to exist in reality. The Cthulhu in this book is a product of imagination or only appears in the dreams of the author.
The narrator says that the statue of Cthulhu, in part, resembles an octopus, a dragon, and a human or a creature shaped like a human. From this description, painters and sculptors have created many works depicting monsters with an octopus-like head (with tentacles) and a giant pair of wings attached to the back to depict Cthulhu.

Shipping and expedited manufacturing ($14.95+) (U.S. Only)
- Orders using this option jump to the front of the manufacturing queue which can generally save a couple days (or more during busier times of the year).
- It's highly recommended to use this option if you are ordering for a specific event or holiday.
- Orders using this option generally arrive 2-3 days after being manufactured and shipped. (U.S. only)
- Orders using expedited manufacturing will be printed when the next batch of orders are processed which can vary depending on seasonality and other factors.
